My car was vandalized in the parking lot. I got a broken back window and a ripped out stereo. This is not a safe place for your car to be. The trees and railroad tracks are a great place for people to come and go unnoticed. There was also limited parking by your building if you are a late shift worker. Not an ideal place to live. Management was good, nice to be able to drop off rent at the office. But parking sucks. No designated spots for people who pay rent there.
