These apartments are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. There were holes in walls with wires sticking out, it was a bad neighborhood, there were no locks on windows (wooden dowels instead), half of the outlets were not functional, no heat in winter, dirty hallways, rude neighbors, cheating, scheming landlord. You will be stuck paying rent when other people are living in your old apartment, because the landlord is not honest and will do anything he can to steal your money and make you seem like a bad tenant. He is in one word, a slumlord. Repairs are not made. Pest incidents that are called in (i.e. ants and roaches) are not taken care of. He will enter your apartment to show it without your consent or even telling you. These apartment are occupied by rude neighbors who make obscene comments to passersby and expect the ground they walk on to be kissed, otherwise they will make something up to tell the landlord or to complain about. (i.e. smoking on the public porch).
