I also know this was a great complex. Then the low income families were allowed free reign, and the place has gone down hill. At night it is not a nice place to be walking around. It is called 'the projects' by the town police. Almost every night, cops are here trying to catch the delinquents in action.
We just got new management again Feb 06, new young manager has no experience and does not know how to take complaints, and now we have no security patrolling the place. So the gang members get to roam the place til dawn.
Please do not move in here, keep looking elsewhere.
