Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Unless you are accustomed to noise, yelling, kids banging your windows and throwing balls or even rocks at your windows, go elsewhere.
This place is so ghetto-not one neighbor is considerate of anothers peace and quiet.
New management took over early spring 2006 and it got worse.
Now there are cosmetic changes going on to try to lure prospective tenants. But the riff raff is still there.
Cops are out every night aresting someone. Dope boys walk around at night selling their drugs. Gang members have taken over. The police say to move, and that the management needs to do the changes. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
