I've lived in a lot of apartments and I can tell you that Red Cedar is one of the best. They did everything they could to accomodate me to move in...so far as buying a 400 dollar cabinet to cover under the sink in a handicapped apartment! They placed in new vertical blinds and re did all the shelving in the pantry and closets also. The management was always fair and flexible. Whenever I had a problem I would talk to Nancy and she fixed the issue. The hallways were never dirty with Nancy as the landlord...I don't know who wrote the previous comment, but they had cleaners come in and clean all the walls and the floors...and yes there were kids playing in the hallways, constant reminders were sent out asking them not to play out there. Honestly,if you asked them to quiet down they always did. I could write a lot more but I'd recommend stopping in and seeing these units. Also they have super efficient heater and air conditioner...my gas bills averaged 30 in the winter and it was a warm 74 and we showered daily. AC was at 71 and electric never broke 40.
