I lived here for a year. The apartments themselves are great, but if anything breaks good luck getting it fixed. Don't count on getting your deposit back any time soon after you move out. It took us 8 MONTHS to get ours and only after we threatened to take them to court. The manager screwed up our lease at the outset, left rude, poorly written memos all over the halls, and charged us to get something fixed that the prior tenants broke. good luck
