Nice place, but building Manager a pain to deal with

This is a rather nice apartment complex: attractive ground, nice apartments and whatnot, but I wouldn't recommend living here due to the building manager. If Diane is still the manager, just keep looking. She leaves rude, badly written messages posted all over the halls. She gives almost no forewarning of parking lot maintenance (usually 24 hours or less.) She's impossible to get a hold of, difficult to deal with when you do and just recently she was gone for an entire month with no one for us to contact. If you're out of town when it snows, I hope you have some cash because your car will be towed, extenuating circumstances or not.
Also the maintenance man, while good, is not professional. He has walked into our apartment on numerous occassions without knocking at 8am. He has even walked straight into our bedroom where we were sleeping when his maintenace was in the open bathroom. That's not appropriate.
Until there is a management turnover, this is not the place to live. When it happens, Riverplace and Riverside are then worth considering.
