Do NOT live here! The manager Diane is hell to deal with. She is nice at first but beware! Not only do I have my experience, but also close friends who have been taken by her. No deposit back and there was nothing wrong with the apartment. Diane tried to charge my friends for rent AFTER they moved out, and she also got one of the tenets in my building to help evict my neighbors for no reason other than she did not like them.
Lighting is also bad in the parking lot...even though it is River Falls I still do not feel safe when it is pitch dark. I am just happy I am out!
