Do you know the feeling when you walk into a living space and look around, and instantly know that this is where you belong' Apartments/homes have a unique ability to evoke memory, stir emotion, and soothe the spirit. This is NOT one of those places. Riverside apartments are very nice for those people who prefer to live in a modern manufactured complex with all the charm and convenience of a hotel room. Also, until the current building manager has moved on, you can expect repeated verbal harassment and condescension relating to any little thing that may be troubling her.
