IF YOU WANT A SELF-RUN, FILTHY, LEAKING, SPIDER INFESTED HOLE IN THE WALL - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. NEW OWNERSHIP = NEW RIF RAF - YOU MAY AS WELL BE IN THE CENTRAL CITY WITH THE BREAK INS TO CARS AND STORAGE UNITS AS WELL AS BAY-BAY'S KIDS RUNNING AROUND AND YOUR PANTS OFF YOUR ASS BUNCH THRU THE HALLWAYS AND PARKING LOT. THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT ANY OF THE PROBLEMS OR TROUBLE FROM THE PEOPLE THEY LET MOVE IN AND THEY ARE QUITE SHADY WHEN IT COMES TO BUSINESS DEALINGS. $50 LATE RENT FEE - BUT HOPE YOU WILL NEVER NEED SOMETHING FIXED, BECAUSE IT WILL BE SLOW AND PAINFUL. THERE IS NO MANAGER AND NOTHING IS CLEANED - THERE ARE MANY REPORTS MADE TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
