The reviews I read that were written earlier must have been "old news" because I live at the Prairie Apartments and I really enjoy my apartment, the neighbors and the management. Parking has not been an issue. Once in awhile there is a tenant with too many cars and as soon as it is reported to the manager the problem is resolved. The buildings are clean, the grounds look nice, the manager is friendly and service I request is taken care of right away. I would recommend this apartment community to others.
