We had so many problem while we lived in Prairie it is hard to know where to start. We had wasps living in our air conditioner, the walls are paper thin. a screaming toddler lived below us and we heard everything at 2am in the morning everynight. The management is never in the office during office hours. she is ussually late or leaves early. The neighbors all got together and had a rummage sale and picnic with permission. After the event a memo went out the next day to all people saying that large gathering were not allowed on the premises. The steep steps often went unsalted creating an unsafe enviroment. Garages cost 100 extra a month and are not even automatic. If the rented the garages at a cheaper price it would clear up many of the parking problems. The management resorts to childish name calling when we decided to break our lease and fought them on it. It turn out that their lease was not even valid in the state of Wisconsin. They have been warned by the state to clean up their act. May be things will get better'
