My family and I have lived in many places in our lives...we thought that we would never live in an apartment, but Prairie Landing changed our minds. The people in the buildings try to help each other and they seem to get a long pretty well. If you are older, someone is always there to help you take out your garbage or carry in you groceries. The kids in the complex are a little loud, but they quiet down when asked. The management staff needs to work on not being so judgemental, everyone is a little different that is what makes us who we are. The maintenace staff is working on changing the mess that was left behind and the housekeeping staff is doing the best that they can with what they have to work with. Things aren't always perfect, but the staff does their best to make sure that any problem that arises is responed to in a timely manner. The snow removal has been done as soon as possible and the salting in down just as quickly. Over all, any problems that may have exsisted in the past and being worked on and only time will tell.
