I also have lived at Estabrook Homes for several years and have seen this place gone from ok to bad to very bad to it's current state of no one plans on renuwing their lease and plans on running from here. The place is over priced, the getto is on the other side of the park, nothing gets fixed,the electric and gas are very expensive and they are very small apartments. The parking is a 2 block walk away and you can not park on the street!!! The roofs leak!! Nothing gets fixed!!Belive me keep looking. You don't want to live here. Total rip off!!!!!!!

The owners are not responsible for the price of gas and electricity. You must have been aware of the size of the apartment and the distance to the garage before you moved in. If you have lived here for several years, you must have already had many opportunities to move out. If your maintenance requests are ignored, you might want to reflect on how you make them. We have never had this problem since the change in ownership.

i wish we knew about the parking situation when we moved in, but of course they dont tell you where your apartment will be in the 200 apartment complex. They only show you the model apartment which is right outside of both the clubhouse and the parking garage. we were in fact blocks away from both of them.
