Don't live here. The place is a dump. Hallways are never vacuumed, cobwebs everywhere, the clubhouse is old and dirty and good luck getting responses for maintenance requests. They have a emergency pager number for maintenance - but of course they don't respond to that either. The landlord is an unprofessional jerk, the management is incompetent, the maintenance is horrible and the place is a dump. There are a lot nicer and less in expensive places in the area. My advice - keep looking. Not sure how much it has to do with the apartment or not but just like a lof of the other comments left about this place - electricity is ridiculously high. I know many people that live in similiar sized apartments and don't pay near what I do in electricity. Somethings wrong with Estabrook...okay, many things are wrong with this place.
