This place isn't too bad to live. I've lived in worse. I would agree with the cooking of bad smelling foods, and sometimes you feel like you are living in the United Nations, but overall it's not too bad. Rent is fairly reasonable considering the location and parking, but i do agree that you have to walk a block or two if you dont live right next to the parking garage. I have never had a major problem with maintence, but I haven't had any major repairs. But in the winter, they dont do a very good job of plowing or shoveling, so it gets really icy and hard to walk on. Jane has always been pleasant to me as well. However, i do find that i have to keep my heat at 66 degrees in order not to pay a lot for heat and such. Overall, if you have lived in any east side houses, this place is like a palace. Good location, not a bad price, and i think it is perfect for younger college students.
