I haven't had the bad experiences that the other tenants seemed to encounter. My problem is with the electric/heating bills in the winter, they are horrible. In December through February it is not unusual to have a $200 bill and I was still freezing most of the time. Some people that worked on our bathroom were smoking while in my apartment and that pissed me off. They didn't know that I was in the other room sleeping. I feel safe in the neighborhood and it's close to the highway, so I didn't feel that it was totally a bad experience, but like I said I didn't have to deal with the other problems.
