The trash situation is a problem, in that there are not enough dumpsters and recycling bins in the garages. But notice how I said GARAGE! This is one of few places in the area where you get heated underground parking (for up to 2 vehicles) for a decent price.

The utility bills have never been that bad for us. Then again, we aren't wasteful.

Maintenance takes place at the speed of an advancing glacier, but that is because they seem to have only one man for the entire multi-block complex. Smaller jobs are done right away, but often consists of band-aid solutions.

The one serious issue is storage. While there is ample closet space within the apartments, there is only one small room for 4 units to share for larger items like bikes or boxes.

Other than that the place is good. The apartments are large and feature central air and heating, you get access to a small pool, work-out room and hot-tub, and the neighborhood is a quiet one with one of Milwaukee's larger parks just across the street. Finally, compared to some of the thieves on the eastside, the Estabrook owners charge a fair rent
