Nothing gets fixed properly at this place and it's almost impossible to get someone to call you back when you need something fixed, you never know if someone came to fix anything or even entered your apartment unless you call to find out, the apartment manager is rude and unprofessional when you follow-up, all the appliances are supremely out-dated, the buildings aren't locked, the walks don't get shoveled/salted consistently or thoroughly, the supposedly "locked" parking garage is rarely locked and when it is, the automatic key entry barely works, parking in the garage is also a challenge because the space is very tight and if there are cars parked in all the spaces around your car it's near impossible to get out, the clubhouse and pool are dirty, the work-out room is a joke with 3 machines that barely work and are quite old, there are spider webs and dead insects all over the entry way doors and common windows, lighting in door entry-ways and on the grounds are burned out for months before they ever get replaced, if ever.

It's really a shame, this could be such a nice place if they took care of it.
