I live in the studio, and while it's tiny (no surprises there) I think it's a fine setup for a single person on a budget. The area is very safe, and so close to bayshore, uwm, and only a few blocks from a cvs and a few restaurants.

parking for the studio tenants is convenient as ever, in the parking lot next to the building. my only complaint is that snow removal isnt the best.

i've only had a few maintenance requests but they were taken care of very quickly- within a day.
