A place to live I guess - I lived in this building for 2 years; 8/2005 - 8/2007. It was originally manged by a no-name company called Atlas Properties. studios - great value I live in the studio, and while it's tiny (no surprises there) I think it's a fine setup for a single person on a budget. The area is very safe, and so close to bayshore, uwm, and only a few blocks from a cvs and a few restaurants.

Quiet and Consistent. The area is very eventhough I am right on the street i can hardly ever hear the cars. Maintence is responsive and they do their job efficiently. The rent is quite a steal and it hasn't changed in the 4 or so years we've lived here. Parking is great, it isn't

Not so good. Very expensive heating bills $228.! Parking is far away. No street parking. Questionable non english speeking people hanging out in the hallway. No locked lobbys. Keep looking.

Mediocre This was a mediocre place to live. The utility bills were terrible. The parking is a pain, but it is in a garage so that is a plus.
If you live on the first floor, the bug problem is terrible. Dropping off trash has to be done by going all the way to the garage and dropping it ..full review of Estabrook Homes

expensive utility bills, parking and trash nightmare, dumppppy buildings. check out the place up the street. Parkside at Estabrook. Much better than this 1950's dated dump. I only hear bad comments from those that live here. Basically this place is just a place to crash, nothing

Perfect for me A nice size decent priced studio - parking rocks, bills are good and there is a club house with pool/hot tub and work out area. I would reccommend this place to a single guy or girl in that transition stage of there life! Very very safe.

NO NO NO Do not live here. For the price you can go right down the road (Parkside) and get a incredable apt. This place has old everything, very expensive for the overall quality of the place, garbage is a pain, parking is a pain, things get broken everyother day because there maitnence is horrid.
