Horrible Management

I have lived here for about 1 year and have had such a bad experience. The apartments/ameneties are nice but the staff is very rude.The manager (melissa) does not know what she is doing at all. In fact, she would rather roll her eyes and tell you she is done with you before helping you. It is sad that such a well known comopany would have somebody like that working at one of their premier properties. Having a manager like that is a law suit waiting to happen.

I think their managment is wonderful! Melissa (the manager) has been wonderful also. I think it sounds like you just are upset that you can not afford it or something.

I dont know if this woman's complaint is valid or vengeful, but I do have to say, to say she cant afford it, is a stupid thing to write. Only snooty people who think they are better than others would write something like that. Im on here to check reveiws for my mother to come live there. I hope her neighbors wont be that way.
