Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived there for a year. There were lots of problems with the building (power outages, fire alarms, flooding, mold). Sad for a new development. Plus, I got ridiculous charges for this that were just plain false when I moved out. Many were removed after I fought it, but still a huge pain. Also, parking spots are very small and walls are thin.
