Diminishing returns The rating is fairly accurate. It clearly shows the two week spots. Most of the people living there are wonderful.The Landings has great potential and now that the construction and reconstruction is over with and the economy is showing signs of turning around it will continue

Great place to live - Excellent Manager (Mellissa) I have lived here since they opened. It is a great place to live. The staff at the condo office (especially Mellissa ) are very pleasant and helpful. Mellisa always goes out of the way to resolve any problems.

Horrible Management I have lived here for about 1 year and have had such a bad experience. The apartments/ameneties are nice but the staff is very rude.The manager (melissa) does not know what she is doing at all. In fact, she would rather roll her eyes and tell you she is done with you before
