Lived here and the landlord/manager would let us know things by just "showing up". Charges off of our security deposit were strange (scratches in the sink') and oil stain on parking spot- even though other people from other apartments would park in our spots. Manager was very pushy and insisted we should sign lease that day instead of thinking about it. Tends to look for people who are just coming out of the dorms or 1st time renters...
