Signed a 1 year lease with this complex and resigned for another year before graduating. I had a very favorable housing experience here especially in comparison to where a number of my friend were living. The units were in good shape to begin with so there were not many maintenance issues to deal with. Management was very professional and responsive in taking care of issues and addressing a few problem tenants. Management worked to keep units quiet and well maintained. It was also very helpful that the heat and water was included in the rent. The rent was fair and the location was excellant close to the university and YMCA. Overall, I was very pleased with renting here and would highly recommend them to others looking for good housing.
