Looking back at my college experience, my roommates and I could not have had a better place to live then Anchor Apartments. The landlord is very willing to do whatever he can to keep up on maintenance work, and to ensure that Anchor Apartments is a quiet and safe place to live. The walk to the University is so convenient (closer than some of the dorms) and there is onsite parking. The cost is pretty comparable to other apartments, which is amazing considering the high quality of the apartments. Not to mention, when you think about other universities in Wisconsin and realize that they are paying double or triple that amount a month to live in something nowhere near the quality of Anchor apartments; it is definitely a great deal!

Hmmm...........this place gets a total of 4 reviews in the first 3 years (3 of them negative), then suddenly gets 5 positive reviews in 5 months (2 of them on one day)? And they all sound like they were written by the same person.

What would be someone's motivation to write 5 positive reviews on an apartment? I simply wrote my experienes. And here's the deal, everyone has there own experience in a college housing unit. Mine was really positive. Yours might not have been. Sorry to hear that. But if you go to any other college you will not find near as good housing then Anchor apartments for the cost that you pay. Through talking to other college students who lived in the apartments when I did, the ones that had negative things to say were the ones that didn't respect the property and the people around them.

Well they would write those 5 star reviews to make the place look better, which benefits you if you're affiliated with Anchor.... I suspect that you are affiliated with them, but i'm not going to tell you why because I don't want to help you at all if you are in fact affiliated.
