I've found these apartments to be well cared for when I moved in. The management staff lives on site and is very helpful when called. The maintenance staff is very efficient at solving any issues. On-site heated pool, coin laundry, and vacuum cleaners are provided for our use. On the negative side: the walls are very thin and the neighbors can be rude at times. There tend to be ants and spiders that get into the apartments, but nothing of an overly serious nature.
