You get what you pay for. Not horrible at all. I've lived in worse. This is pretty nice student housing. The only thing I would recommend against is the managers! They are horrible!!! If you don't have to deal with them you're lucky. They double booked our apartment and put us in on that we liked less. We have an attached garage which is awesome except we don't have a garage door opener and there is no key for the garage. So, we have to go into the main door and through the apartment to open the garage up. Not fun, I deal with it though.

I am sorry to hear of the problem you experienced there. It was an over-sight on our part that the apartment did get leased right before you so it was not available. We tried to do our best by giving you the option of a different apartment there that was available or we were happy to let you out of the lease. We assumed you were ok with the other unit since you told us that it was good and you would take it. In the future, please don't hesitate to speak up to us if you are unsatisfied. Keeping tenants happy is our goal. You guys are our customers and we want you to enjoy your home with us. In regards to the garage door...they do not come with garage door openers (with the exception of a few units where tenants have installed them themselves). Again, if you were having an issue with the lock do not hesitate to call. We have a dedicated maintenance line for our tenants to address issues quickly (most within 1 day). Believe it or not, we tend to replace a lot of garage door locks simply because keys get lost or they wear out. It is a simple task and we do 1-2 of them a week. If we had received a call from you on it, you would have had keys or a new lock the next day. If you are still a resident there, just call our office and I will send someone right out.
