Basically no rules are enfoced; parking being the most important. They make a 2nd car pay for a permit, but never tow unpermitted cars away. With administration like this, don't even bother paying for a permit. The staff was less than helpful when we raised this issue.
The rooms are terribly insulated. Even though they say they provide heat, the apt will still drop into the 50s in winter regardless of the thermostat's position due to the terrible doors and windows throughout the building.
Hang as much as you can on the walls to avoid having to look at the terrible, and sometimes pealing and/or two-tone, paint job.
Carpets are relatively clean but thin and uncomfortable.
Faucets use a cartridge system that wears-out every few months requiring a good amount of torquing to move them.
There is little to no sound privacy at all. You can hear everything that happens in the hall and above/below you.
Rooms and closets are a good size, and 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms is a plus.
The kitchen is way too small to accomidate any sort of cooking. We have to use a dining room table to do any sort of preparation for a mean because there simply is no counter space.
The bottom line is: It's generally a terrible place and significantly over-priced. They say they pay for heat which would account for some cost, but when you don't receive that heat, it's just wasted money.
