I am surprised this place does not have the city after them... nothing could be passing for inspection. In the winter... not shoveled, not salted or plowed. Maintanence never fixes anything in one trip... usually has to come back or breaks later. Nothing we asked te get fixed or replaced was done. Needs to be seriously updated as things are falling apart, getting moldy, and there are paint chips and splatters everywhere. Just because we are college students doesn't mean I want to live in a dump! Heat doesn't work well... I did love living here until they refused to help and get things done and replaced...

BUT... it does cover heat and water and the price is good for those who can't afford other.
