This place is an absolute nightmare. I was so excited when I first moved in because it was my first place. Now after being here for over a year I am counting the days until my lease is up. Parking is an absolute terror. During the winter, the parking lot is never plowed; this makes it very slippery because it eventually compacts into ice. Vandalism is common; I didn't lock the passenger side of my car and someone smeared a bean burrito all over the interior. The heat is always on, and despite what your thermostat says the entire place is always 75-80 degrees. During the winter I sleep with my window slightly open. The air conditioning doesn't work at all, it just blows moldy warm air and raises your electric bill by about 75 dollars a month. The painters here must be children because there are paint splatters all over the place. However, the REAL nightmare here is the kitchen. Literally, only one person can be in there at a time. The counter tops are straight from the disco era. The only redeeming quality about this place is the 2 bathrooms.
