Wilshire woods are exactly like they are advertised - clean and quiet. They are located 1 mile from campus and are very centrally located. Leasing terms are very flexible and so are move in dates. The apartments are pet free and smoke free. The birds outside make more noise than the neighbors. Garage parking is at an extra fee per month and laundry is coin operated. One downside is there is only one washer and dryer for every 8 apartments. Everything comes included in rent so it is a great deal!
