not so bad - ive lived here for a few years at michigan terrace the sister site to the village both are right next to eachother i have a few buddies that live there. I live in a 2 bedroom. Reasonably priced, Excellent Location - I've found these apartments to be well cared for when I moved in. The management staff lives on site and is very helpful when called. Not very impressive The parking lot was not well maintained - riddled with potholes and poorly plowed in the winter. Dogs are allowed, but management did not enforce leash laws or waste pickup rules. Requests for maintenance were not handled efficiently, if they were handled at all.
