not my dream home - If woul like to leave somewhere that states in the lease that repairs will be made, parking lot will be plowed and heat will be included, then this is not the place for you. It in fact does state that all in my lease however my leaky kitchen sink has been fixed several times yet there is still a buncket there to catch the water.
