I thought if you paid more for an apartment, you would get better service. I've had problems in the past w/ apartments not fixing things but this is beyond annoying. It took them 9 months to actually fix my heating/cooling unit. They kept telling me it worked fine, but it never shut off so I had huge bills every month. When they finally figured out what the problem was they just ordered a new one. The apartment manager that was here @ the time said she would get the Gallina Management to pay half of my heat bills...never happened. When I first moved into the apartment I was told I would get new counters (there were a ton of burn holes) and I would get new floors put in the kitchen and both of the bathrooms. I've been here for a year and a half and it never happened. This place is not worth the money.
