A single word of advice for future tenants -- DON T". DO NOT ever consider this apartment. The apartment management is highly inflexible and rude in listening to residents. I have lived in this apartment complex for about 2 years, but only when I told them not to renew my lease and intention to break the lease I started getting ignored; the real problem started after the lease breakage as apartment management was not prompt to settle the account with refund of security deposit, even though they are required to do so within 21 days of your move-out. Also, in my case I was terminating lease about 3 months early so I was hoping apartment management will make every effort to re-lease my apartment but on the contrary they ignored my requests and I had to pay rent for a vacant apartment for about 3 months. You will not believe this, instead of settling my account and appreciating that I was paying rent for a vacant apartment even after lease termination, they were daring enough to send me a bill of more than $1800 for cleaning and other stuff.
