I pay 735 for a one bed room which I personally do not have a problem with. The apartments are poorly built (which is very obvious if you have a past in construction). Safety is one of my main concers as of late, we were informed that there have been breakins (although not which building they occured in) Management is awful! the current manager will not return your phone calls regarding issues/concerns. I have only lived here for 4 months and noticed right away that there was problems with my carpet (decinigrating) and it took her untill just recently to even take a look at it. still nothing has been done. When we wrote up our lease it seemed like no one really knew what was going on. we were given a choice of one month free or else spreading it thoughout the year and expressed this several times, but 2 days after we moved in we were given a late rent notice because we were never asked for more money (insted of the 800 that we put down it aparently should have been over 1400...) which really threw off our rent payment....all in all do not rent form these people, you could find alot of better places for your money.
