Got lucky with a semi-quiet building. Good price fro size.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Have seen some questional behavior in the parking lot, maybe 2X in past 2yrs. Lots of kids around; makes parking a hassle sometims. Well, maintained, tech comes the next day if you need something fixed. Leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to everything in Sun Prairie and East side of Madison. Our apt is close to the John Deer plant, can be noisy in the AM. @bdrms very spacious. Cool old school wood paneling from the 60's. No real complaints.
