Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
i lived in hamilton place for a little over year and the maintenance men were very nice but always very late we had a leak in our apartment from an ac unit that leaked into the downstairs and caused damage and the guy just wet dry vacuumed ut and left also plumbing fixtures leaked and warped cabinets and we are being sued by them for these damages i rate hamilton place apartments an overall negative 5
