I would never suggest anyone lives there. We recently had a really bad year with snow and the walls and everything leaked water everywhere. I had very bad problems in one room ecspecially. I called maintanence at least 3 times and they did nothing about it. Finally when a guy did come he told me that no one should be living in the spare bedroom because the mold was so bad. ITs a terrible place to live, and dont get me started on the neighborhood kids harassing my poor dog when I'd let him outside to potty. Parking sucked as well, thered always be some random car parked in my spot.

I agree! The management was horrible, I lived in 409. Kids screaming everywhere and people taking your spots all the time because of parties. The pet deposit was ridiculous too. We had some nasty water damage as well and my roommate couldn't even live in her room for 2 weeks, they never deducted for rent until they started fixing it. Maintenance never showed up on calls either. It SUCKED. glad someone agreed.
