I have only lived in Hamilton place apartments for about four months and i am not impressed at all. right away i had problems with the kitchen. the oven broke three times now, the sink was leaking everywhere so they had to replace it, its smelled as if a cat died in one of the closets, the sink in the bathroom was clogged with hair, there was blood on the walls of the bathroom, and the garbage disposal is always broken. the maintenance guy is very nice. the problem with the maintenance guy not coming right away is the managers fault. they seem to often for get to put the work order in so you have to call numerous times in order to get something fixed. small children like to go around buzzing peoples apartments at 2 maybe 3am every once and a while. the parking is terrible. there never seems to be a place to park so i always have to park in another parking lot next to my apartment. the walls are very thin and i can hear my neighbors talking clear as day. The pet deposit is ridiculous 250! i don't have new carpet and my dog is very small. I'm not sure what type of damage she could that would cost 250.00. the women in the office would call me and harass me about things i had no control over. she threatened to kick me out after i had just payed my rent on time and i have had no noise complaints of any sort. she is very rude toward me every time i call to ask a question or even drop off my rent check. when i call to have a maintenance guy come fix something she never puts in the work order for him. There were a couples of times that she got snippy with me and would hang up the phone. She is not professional at all and needs to go work at a fast food restaurant instead of an apartment establishment. as soon as my lease is up I'm moving out and spending a little more for better management. i would never recommend anyone to live in these apartments unless you like being harassed, not having any parking spots, kids buzzing you at 2am, listening to your neighbors talk, being hung up on by one of the managers, having one thing after another of things going wrong in the apartment and not getting them fixed, and having a women named Diane harass you than this is definitely the place for you and good luck!!
