I've been in my apt for 5 months. So far its been OK. No problems with the parking or kids in our building and its even quiet. I did experience a communication problem with the office staff, maintenance, and myself to get a couple of minor things done.....I just did them myself before they finally got there. I have not had damage by weather related or broken items in the apartment.
It was the one of the most resonable priced apartment in Sun Prairie though. I beleive if you get an apartment in a certain area of this complex you will be satisfied.
