After living in a townhouse with very shoddy construction and having to listen to our neighbor's children constantly screaming, crying, pounding, running, banging, and tapping on our bedroom wall, this apartment is a slice of heaven!!!! The community itself is located within walking distance of a Pic N Save, is bordered by a farm field and two retirement communities, and has several man-made ponds on the property. So naturally it is VERY quiet here! I have not once heard a peep from our neighbors because the development company, Goldleaf Development, had the brains to construct the buildings with double wall and extra soundproofing in the walls, floors, and ceilings. We get free underground parking in an immaculate garage, water is included, the buildings are very well maintained and clean, and the staff are very friendly and willing to help. My one and only (minor!) complaint is the lack of closets in the apartment. There is only one small closet in the dining area, one in the bedroom, and a linen shelving cubby in the bathroom. I've lived in college dorms so my experience with cramming tons of belongings in small spaces has come in handy!

I give this apartment a million thumbs up! If you desire peace and quiet and a homey atmosphere, these apartments are worth looking at.
