I mostly concur with the prior review, however, noise is an issue at times. Whatever construction they used for the walls, it is still apartment living. (When I had a noise issue with a neighbor I was given that person's phone # vs. the management taking care of the problem.)

Also, the management office hours are inconvenient for working people, yet they will return your packages to the sender if not picked up within 72 hours. (most times, notification is missing)

Some areas are not well lit and lack railings at steps.

But these are my biggest gripes, which may be considered insignificant... and work-arounds are possible.
