Just updated this(posted in fall 2006), I had them as a don't recommend. Oops!! Lived in Hunters Creek for a year. The place was nice, and quiet.
I moved to The Madison this summer. Goldleaf is very picky about security deposit returns. My brother and his wife lived at Hunter's Creek also. They moved out before me, and they charged them for two new blinds because they had bent slats. When it was time for me to move, I was worried they would charge me for new blinds (because one of the blinds had a bent slat). Regardless, they did not charge me for blinds. (Inconsistent) However, they did subtract my final electric bill (as if I do not know how to take care of it; they treat you like a child and not an adult) from the security deposit. I called about it twice and they said they would be paying it. I had to pay a late fee to the electric company because it took them so long to actually pay it.
Watch out!!
