I have been living at Hunters Creek for over two years and decided to get a bigger apartment. I had loved living there so I moved to a two bedroom and it is also great. The maintenance department comes really quickly when I have a problem. The people in the office have been nothing but nice to me.

I am sorry to hear so many bad reviews but I havn't experienced any of it. In fact, I just received my entire security deposit back when I moved out of my Hunters Creek apartment.

assuming this is not a fake review, one positive review out of a couple thousand is still lousy in my book. maybe you should start playing the lottery. i still let everyone know how bad this place is. im happy to report ive gotten 3 people to avoid this nightmare, and heard at least a half dozen or more additional horror stories about these places since i moved out. GOLDLEAF SUCKS!

bullllllll $hit.... This has got to be planted by their rental office. Quick maintenance, nice office staff ??? Not with Goldleaf. Although at the same time, you're moving from one unit to another within their complex... Which leads me to pose the question.. Why would you get a security deposit back then ? FAKE POST !!!!

Completely agree with the second response here... Touche!!! And did anyone else see Goldleaf's billboard on 151 last month (just before the second exit into Sun Prairie)? Goldleaf claim they were "voted" number one in Sun Prairie!!! It is just one more reminder that we can't believe everything that we read. It also shows that even today, newspapers can and are still bribed (paid off) to print anything.

Hmm not sure if that was fake post but I haven't had any issues with the staff...they could be friendler though. Since Katrina was shipped out of there I certainly don't get the great smile and hello when I go into the office. But my apartment is nice and maintenance has always been great with anything I need. Unfortunately every place has problems I have friends that live at Barrington and Weybridge. They have their issues also!
