I lived there for over 5 years. When I moved in, Maryanne was a wonderful landlord and kept things so clean!! Colonial Management took over, and all they care about is money in their pocket & they don't care who gives it to them and how they get it. They don't put any money back into the buildings, the building i lived in had rotten wood on the back that nobody bothered to do anything about. I had several problems while living there! Noisy, younger completely inconsiderate kids living there, i think that for most of them it was the 1st chance to get out of mommy and daddys house. Loud music, i could hear yelling from the upstairs neighbors and got woke up in the middle of the night SEVERAL times with the loud noises. I made several complaints NOTHING got done about it. I even got laughed at on occasion making a noise complaint! People store their motorcycles on their patios, not to mention a dirty mattress and just plain ol' smelly garbage. I had issues with parking, and even had to park on the grass on a couple of occasions because there were so many vehicles that didn't belong there. Again, nothing got done about that, either. Oh and if you live by the parking lot, wear earplugs so you can't hear all of the car alarms going off all hours of the night because of break ins! If you are on the first floor, most of the neighbors stare in your apartment as they walk by, wondering what is going on i guess, there is no privacy whatsoever! It has become an absoletely unsafe and very creepy place to live!!!! I do NOT recommend living here!!!!
