There are other complexes in the area that offer more services such as a pool and/or fitness equipment that are the same price or slightly more. The amount of rent charged here is not in line with the amenities offered.

Well that is your opinion. I have lived here for just over 3 years and I love it here. You may go and love somewhere with the pool and fitness center but I amsure that you will not get the quality of staff there. The grounds here are always kept up. The people that work here actually care about the people that live here and what the place looks like. You will be missing out!
