We have more square footage, a full size washer and dryer, tons of closet space and a parking space is included in our rent.

Wouldn't recommend The buildings are poorly constructed...there were at least 5 water pipe bursts while I lived there. Property is not managed well. Maintenance crew not the best at fixing basic problems. During the winter, snow removal is a nightmare. Common areas often dirty and stinky

Unduly noise caused by garage door opener and neighbors due to poor construction. Poorly maintained common areas. Snow and Ice removal is very poor. Very cheap appliances, Cheap apartment carpeting, and very cheap fixtures throughout. All of which does not justify high costs to live there.
